  • As a retired Deputy Headteacher, Lynn was missing creativity in her life so popped down to the Village Halls back in 2018 to see if she could help out with Wraysbury Players. Days later she began rehearsals for Cinderella, playing Dandini.

Smitten with the comedy acting bug, Lynn has appeared in several pantos and plays, a favourite role being a drunken Australian!

More recently, Lynn has embraced the enormous task of directing pantomimes, enjoying fulfilling her vision on stage by working with the wonderful talents within The Players.  The Wizard of Oz will be Lynn’s fourth panto production.

  • I’ve been with the Wraysbury Players for around 20 years covering Secretary, Director and of course Actor! Looking forward to many more years to come.

  • Audrey is a much respected Founder Member of Wraysbury Players back in 1966.

Having been a professional Dancer, the call of the Bright Lights and the Backstage excitement has never left her.  Starting the Wraysbury Players gave her the opportunity to continue with all aspects of Theatre, with the beginnings of performances in a tiny wooden hut on The Green with metal chairs to what we have to offer today on stage in the Village Halls.

Audrey continues to support The Players to this day by attending all productions.

  • Ronnie has always loved performing and has been involved with local productions for as long as he can remember, growing up on the Wraysbury stage. • Steevan has lived in the area for over 25 years and loves performing, whether it's with Wraysbury or Datchet, in Panto, or plays. He is always keen to challenge himself on and off stage, and the players have given him the chance to play a wonderful array of parts.

In a moment of madness, he became a Datchet Parish Councillor, too!

  • Nick has forgone the traditional male midlife crisis, by instead returning to the stage and rediscovering his inner thespian!

He was heavily involved in drama both at school and university, but there followed a near 30-year hiatus, which was largely filled by his full-time job as a secondary school special needs teacher, plus his family responsibilities as a husband and proud father of three daughters.

He joined his local am-dram group, the Datchet Players, in 2019 and got involved with the Wraysbury Players for the first time four years later. His favourite roles so far have been that of doppelgangers Colonel Charles Craddock and Cardew Longfellow in Murdered to Death and Secondary Cause of Death. He has ambitions to direct with the Wraysbury Players in the future, so watch this space...
